Test Font End User License Agreement

This EULA (End User License Agreement) for Test Fonts is a contract between you (Licensee) and Fincker Font Cuisine (Julien Fincker).
By downloading and installing (a) typeface(s) from this website, the Licensee automatically agree to accept and respect the EULA for Test Fonts.
General
By downloading or installing any of Fincker Font Cuisine’s Test Fonts, the Licensee receives the right to use the typeface(s) for testing or evaluation purposes. Any commercial or public use is prohibit.
The Licensee does not receive the copyright, ownership or design of the typeface(s); all rights remain by Fincker Font Cuisine.
The Licensee is not allowed to lend, redistribute, sub-license or (re)sell the typeface(s).
Modification
The Licensee is not allowed to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the typeface(s) without Fincker Font Cuisine’s prior written consent. The Licensee is not allowed to convert the typeface into vectors shapes and modify these shapes as graphic objects.
Limited Liability
A lot of time, passion and work have taken into all of Fincker Font Cuisine’s available typefaces – optically and technically. Every effort has been taken to produce the typeface(s) to the highest standards, in no circumstance Fincker Font Cuisine will be liable to the Licensee for any consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages including any lost profits, lost data or lost savings.
